Site Superintendent – Full Time
Location: Various throughout Berkshire County
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Pay: Competitive, commensurate with experience
Type: Full-Time | On-Call Rotation Every 6–8 Weeks

About the Role:
Our client is seeking a Site Superintendent to join their growing Facilities team. If you have experience in maintenance, are looking to change careers, or simply want a more balanced pace, this could be the perfect fit.

You’ll be responsible for the daily maintenance and general upkeep of residential rental units, shared common spaces (restrooms, laundry rooms, meeting areas), and surrounding property grounds. This role plays a key part in maintaining safe, comfortable housing across over 1,000 apartments in Berkshire County.

This is a non-supervisory, hands-on position with variety, independence, and a strong support system. You’ll work closely with other Site Superintendents and report to the Director of Facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete daily property checks (interior and exterior)

  • Respond to maintenance requests and work orders

  • Support apartment turnover and cleaning

  • Perform basic repairs and facility upkeep

  • Communicate professionally with tenants and staff

  • Maintain organized records and respond to emails and voicemails

Qualifications:

  • Experience in maintenance, building operations, or similar work (preferred, not required)

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and within a team

  • Comfortable working with diverse populations

  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • Willingness to do physical labor indoors and outdoors

  • Basic computer skills (email, internet, Microsoft Office)
