Business Office Manager

We’re seeking an organized, detail-oriented professional to join our Pittsfield Client as a Business Office Manager. This role is essential to ensuring smooth office operations, accurate payroll and HR processing, and top-notch administrative support in a healthcare setting. This is a full time, Temp to Hire, Monday through Friday, 40 hour a week role with a salary range of $49-52K.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process accounts payable and bi-weekly payroll
  • Manage all HR and onboarding documentation, recordkeeping, and compliance
  • Coordinate employee events and staff communications
  • Handle phones, email inboxes, mail, and provide front desk coverage
  • Maintain office organization with filing, scheduling, and general admin tasks
  • Oversee daily business office operations
What We’re Looking For:
  • 3+ years of office experience (healthcare preferred)
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and Point Click Care
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently, solve problems, and stay detail-focused
