Housing Stabilization Mentor
$41,600 Per Year

Administrative/Clerical/Data Entry

Are you passionate about helping individuals and families achieve housing stability and long-term success? We’re looking for a full-time Housing Stabilization Mentor to support participants in reaching their goals and overcoming barriers related to housing, employment, and education. This is a Full Time, Direct Hire role with a starting salary of $41,600.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide one-on-one support and mentoring to households in stabilization programs

  • Help participants create and follow plans for self-sufficiency

  • Conduct regular check-ins, goal tracking, and income reviews

  • Coordinate with community resources and service providers

  • Maintain accurate case notes and program records

  • Assist with housing intake and referrals as needed

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication and time management skills

  • Compassionate and able to work with diverse and at-risk populations

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Prior case management or social service experience is a plus

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred)

  • Experience working in housing, human services, or a related field is helpful
