The IT Support Specialist (ITSS) will be knowledgeable in Microsoft 365 environments to support our company's end-users and help execute IT improvement projects. The ITSS will provide technical support, troubleshooting, and problem-solving assistance for our company's hybrid IT environment. They will work closely with our IT team, healthcare providers, and other departments to ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and provide excellent customer service to our end-users while maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations. The IT Support Specialist will have a positive impact by helping our providers focus on helping patients without worrying about IT issues. This person will support CHP’s mission, vision, and values and will adhere to compliance protocols as well as CHP’s policies and procedures.

  • Working knowledge of Active Directory and related tools for account management, group policy, security, and authentication protocols.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot or elevate technical issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Strong customer support skills and the ability to explain technical terms to non-technical staff.

Experience:

  • 1-2 years of IT support experience focusing on Microsoft 365 networking, and related technologies.

 Education and Training:

  • Associate’s degree in computer science, related field, or equivalent work experience.

 License/Certification:

  • MS365 certifications are a plus.
