The Provider Relations Supervisor is responsible for the leadership and oversight of program-specific contracts, including provider monitoring and supervision of the Administrative Support Professional Team.  This includes regular contact with related service providers to ensure quality services and an excellent working relationship and taking appropriate action to ensure that systems are effective in providing quality and timely services for our consumers.

·                  Knowledge of community resources across Berkshire County.

·                  Excellent interpersonal skills and strong oral and written communication skills.

·                  Ability to work with others in a professional manner and as an integral member of the                       Elder Services team.

·                  Effective organization and time management skills.

·                  Excellent mediation, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.

·                  Ability to self-direct.

·                  Demonstrated technical experience with Microsoft products such as Outlook, Word,                           and Excel.  A general comfort level with computers.

·                  Ability to learn quickly and assume responsibility for required tasks.

·                  Critical thinking.

·                  High level of accuracy.

Education/Experience Requirements:

Associate’s degree in a relevant field.  At least three years working in an office setting, supervisory and contract management experience preferred.

Driver’s License, reliable vehicle, and necessary motor vehicle insurance coverage.
