Williams College Men's Lacrosse is excited to announce an opening for an Assistant Coach. This is
a 10-month position with a full meal plan and a benefit package spread over 12 months.
Williams College lacrosse is part of the New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC)

Primary duties include but are not limited to:- Assisting the head coach in the planning and execution of spring practices
- Individual skill development
- Film Breakdown and Analysis
- Recruitment of Student-Athletes
- Equipment Management
- Other Duties as Assigned
Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, and collegiate playing or coaching experience required
- Successful candidates will possess self-motivation, communication, and organizational skills
- Understanding of coaching methods and openness to learning new techniques
- Valid driver's license is required

The salary is $36,545. The search committee will read all applications. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
