Community Health Nurse ABI(LPN) - BFAIR - Pittsfield

POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Community Health Nurse provides nursing oversight and 
monitoring to the individuals that BFAIR supports in order to ensure that their medical needs are 
addressed to the highest standards possible. The position also work closely with DDS 
Residential RN, staff and provides education and training as needed.

8AM-4PM/9AM-5PM

QUALIFICATIONS: Must be fully licensed by the Massachusetts Board of Nursing as a 
Licensed Practical Nurse and have at least two years’ experience in the direct care of the elderly 
or disabled. Ready access to an automobile and a valid driver’s license also required.
TRAINING REQUIREMENTS: 
Receive and maintain current certification in First Aid, CPR and BFAIR Human Rights Training.
May need to attend workshops, seminars or BFAIR functions as needed for job development.
