POSITION DESCRIPTION: As a member of the management team, the Director of Clinical Services is responsible for overseeing the operations of the program to ensure that individuals supported receive quality clinical supports including behavioral supports and intervention and advocacy.
Be currently licensed in MA as one of the following: a psychologist, an independent clinical social worker(LICSW), an applied behavior analyst (BCBA), a master’s or doctorate level speech pathologist, a physician, a master’s or doctorate level teacher with certification in special education, or a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC).Experience in program development, implementation and administration including clinical and practical experience serving adults with autism, developmental disabilities, and behavioral challenges. Position requires strong organizational skills, proven supervisory experience and the ability to communicate effectively. Ability to complete all initial and ongoing background checks including but not limited to: CORI, SORI, Fingerprinting, LEIE, Driving record, E-verify, Physical, PPD and licensing and/or certification checks (i.e., nursing). Valid US driver’s license and ready access to a vehicle.
TRAINING REQUIREMENTS: Must maintain all certification needed in the program including: CPR, First Aid, Safe Techniques to Avoid Restraint and Training (START), and BFAIR Human Rights Training. May need to attend workshops, seminars or BFAIR functions as needed for job development.
