Berkshire Precision Tool, LLC, a leading supplier of American-made, industrial cutting tools, is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team. The hours for this position will be 8:00 PM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday


The candidate must respond to customer telephone and written inquiries regarding placement of orders, status, returns, complaints, and adjustments.
Previous customer service experience in an office environment is required. Excellent customer service skills and ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment is a must. Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) is required.
