Billing and Claims Coordinator
This position will provide our patients, staff and partners with a high level of customer service to ensure timely payments, efficient billing and reporting. A successful candidate will be comfortable on the phone and have a solid understanding of dental billing concepts and practices. Additionally, this position addresses the denied/no response claims and follow up with insurance companies regarding unpaid claims. The goal of the Billing and Claims Coordinator is to collect monies payable for services provided by HDC.
High school diploma or equivalent required, Associates preferred.
Previous dental office experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize workload a must. Ability to problem solve effectively. Experience in working with insurance companies, submission of claims necessary.
