EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
The successful applicant should have strong management skills, accurate bookkeeping skills, the ability to use various software programs, the motivation to work independently while exercising good judgment, and the capacity to perform the physical requirements of facility upkeep by doing basic maintenance and repairs. The manager regularly interacts with campground residents, city staff, and the general public, therefore strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
The work may require motor skills for activities such as using office equipment, including but not limited to telephones, personal computers, handheld technology. Duties may also include using tools and equipment necessary to perform basic cleaning, repairs, and maintenance. May be required to lift objects such as tools and campsite equipment weighing approximately 60 pounds.
