Direct Care Staff (Youth Development Professional)-$500 Sign on Bonus

Range of $21.00 to $24.00/hr

Participate in our Career Ladder and earn an extra $.50/hr in as little as 6 months with two additional increases of $.75/hr if you continue advancing on the ladder

-get certified in 1st Aid and CPR
-spend a day doing a guided observation
