Berkshire County Arc is a non-profit human service agency that has been providing community-based services to adults with developmental disabilities and/or brain injuries for over 50 yrs. Berkshire County Arc’s mission is to assist and support individuals in their quest to identify and realize their chosen lifestyles. This is accomplished through various programs offered: residential homes including independent apartments, employment services, day programs, adult family care, transitions, advocacy & family support, special needs pooled trusts and a mail-house staffed by people with disabilities that serves dozens of businesses across Western Massachusetts.

Berkshire County Arc’s programs are offered in Berkshire County and Pioneer Valley. We serve nearly 1,000 individuals per year and have over 700 dedicated staff.

New Position

Mon-Fri 8a-4p 40 hrs/wk
$500 Sign On

1. Perform diversified administrative duties for the Training Department
2. Assist in the set up and clean-up of classes held in the Training Room
3. Establish good communication and cooperative working relationships with other agency staff and departments
4. Maintain Training infrastructure for scheduling & recording training data into eAcademy system
5. Send out training notices for classes
6. Upload certifications into eAcademy
7. Make training materials when needed ( PBS, Management, MAP)
8. Ordering and tracking supplies for the Training Department
9. Prepare reports as assigned and assist with agency projects as needed
10. Maintain accurate and complete records, reports and data necessary to meet the requirements of BCArc and any certifying or regulatory agency
At least 2 years of related experience.
Possess a valid driver’s license, and insured vehicle.
