Berkshire County Arc is a non-profit, tax exempt, human services organization which offers a broad range of community-based services to individuals with developmental disabilities, brain injuries and autism. Berkshire County Arc’s programs are located throughout Berkshire and Hampden Counties in Massachusetts.
Berkshire County Arc, Inc. is committed to assisting and supporting individuals in their quest to identify and realize their chosen lifestyles.
Directly oversees the operations of multiple assigned community residences including oversight of Site Manager.
Provide oversight of development, implementation and community integration of each individual in assigned residences.
Act as primary contact with local DDS Service Coordinator for all programmatic issues.
Bachelor’s Degree in a pertinent field and three years of directly related experience. *Five years experience in a related field may be substituted for a Bachelors Degree.
Two years supervisory experience is preferred.
First Aid & CPR certification, and MAP certification preferred, will train.
Valid driver’s license.
