Who We Are
Berkshire County Arc is a non-profit, tax exempt, human services organization which offers a broad range of community-based services to individuals with developmental disabilities, brain injuries and autism. Berkshire County Arc’s programs are located throughout Berkshire and Hampden Counties in Massachusetts.

Community Advocate is responsible for the development, implementation, and monitoring of Community Mapping Plans, Individual Support Plans, and Curriculum Development for teaching individuals to achieve their personal goals.
Bachelors Degree in education, Human Services, psychology, social work or other related field and two years’ experience with developmentally disabled population, with one year being direct care. *Five years of progressive employment in the field may be substituted for the Bachelors Degree.
