Behavior Technicians/Registered Behavior Techs
Berkshire County Arc is hiring multiple part-time Behavior Technicians/Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work with individuals with autism, providing in-home ABA therapy. The applicant must be comfortable with implementing behavior plans as written by the BCBA, teaching skills and collecting data. Based on need and fit we have day, evening and/or weekend hours. Minimum of 10 hours weekly Training provided to enhance your present career.

Requirements: • RBT certification preferred, but training available for qualified candidates and must be able to pass the RBT competency assessment • Experience working with ASD population • Communicate effectively • Great organizational skills and self-motivated.
