  • Manage the procurement of goods and services while balancing cost-effectiveness and quality.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels, preventing shortages or excess stock.
  • Research, identify, and evaluate potential suppliers to ensure the best partnerships.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms to optimize purchasing efficiency.
  • Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure on-time deliveries and resolve supply chain issues.
  • Keep accurate records of purchases, supplier details, and inventory within procurement systems.
  • Monitor market trends and supplier performance to drive informed purchasing decisions.
  • Contribute to the development of procurement strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies and industry standards.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience: Background in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Inventory Management: Strong understanding of inventory control and purchasing best practices.
  • Sourcing & Supplier Relations: Proven ability to source and maintain supplier partnerships.
  • Negotiation Skills: Experience in contract negotiations and securing competitive pricing.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in procurement software and inventory tracking systems.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to assess market trends and supplier performance effectively.
  • Team Player: Strong collaboration skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Education: A degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred but not required.
