MOLARI is seeking full time Healthcare Coordinator to work in our Pittsfield office. MOLARI provides home healthcare solutions and supplemental healthcare staffing to Berkshire County residents and facilities. The Healthcare Coordinator is an integral part of the healthcare team and must be willing to assist with and back up all functions of the Healthcare Department and Team. 
Healthcare Coordinator Responsibilities: (include but not limited to)

  • Intake coordination for both private pay clients and facilities
  • Matching the client’ s needs with the appropriate caregivers and maintaining custom schedules
  • Provide administrative support to the Healthcare Director and Healthcare Supervisors:
    • Scanning & Filing
    • Conducting reference checks
    • Assisting with Credentialling- monitoring and tracking
    • Managing departmental email
    • Follow up calls 
    • Ordering and tracking supplies
    • Mailing out materials to potential clients and caregivers

The Homecare Coordinator should have previous homecare experience and supervisory experience is preferred. 

All candidates must be fully COVID vaccinated and able to pass a CORI Screening.

Homecare Coordinator works a Monday through Friday, 40 hour, daytime schedule. MOLARI offers a comprehensive benefits package including Health Insurance, 401K, Paid Time off, company paid Life Insurance, STD, EAP and a generous number of paid Holidays!

  • Prior Homecare experience
  • Multi-task in a fast-paced environment and meet critical deadlines.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; demonstrated tact in sensitive situations.
  • Working knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Ability to be organized, focused, and detail oriented
