We' re seeking a temporary Office Assistant to support multiple departments and ease workflow congestion during day-to-day business operations. This temp Office Assistant position reports to the Office Manager and is anticipated to last several month. This is a full time position, working Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm, in convenient Pittsfield location.

Office Assistant Duties:

  • Answering phones and directing callers
  • Answering and directing email inquiries
  • Fulfillment of online order, such as order picking, packaging and shipping
  • General office duties such as distributing company mail, scanning documents, and filing as needed
  • Other duties may arise, including providing assistance to other departments as needed.

  • Experience with and knowledge of Microsoft Suite and Google Cloud products
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills 
  • Flexible with ability to multi-task
  • Customer Service Mindset 
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
