Say Play Therapy is a therapist-owned practice based in Pittsfield, Massachusetts, specializing in providing school-based speech-language pathology services throughout the state. We partner with districts to offer high-quality, reliable support tailored to student needs. Our growing team of passionate clinicians is supported by a collaborative and mission-driven administrative team.

We are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy, and personable Therapy Access Liaison to serve as the central administrative support for our school-based therapy team. This role ensures smooth onboarding, scheduling, communication, and technical setup to optimize service delivery between our clinicians and the school districts we serve.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate onboarding for new therapists and serve as a primary contact for school district setup.

  • Manage therapist scheduling in alignment with district calendars and student caseloads.

  • Facilitate communication between clinicians, school teams, and Say Play administrative staff.

  • Provide ongoing tech support related to teletherapy platforms, scheduling tools, and documentation systems.

  • Proactively identify and resolve barriers to therapy access for schools and students.

  • Bachelor's degree in education, healthcare administration, communication sciences, or related field preferred.

  • Experience in school-based or clinical settings strongly preferred.

  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Zoom, and scheduling platforms.

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new digital systems quickly.

  • Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
