As a sales professional you will play a pivotal role in helping our customers find the perfect vehicle while providing exceptional service and expert knowledge. Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner
Assist customers in selecting vehicles based on their needs and preferences
Provide product knowledge and answer questions about vehicle features, financing, and trade-ins
Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
Conduct vehicle walk-arounds, test drives, and provide in-depth explanations of vehicle features
Negotiate pricing and trade-in values in a transparent and customer-friendly manner
Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores
Stay up-to-date with the latest vehicle models, promotions, and industry trends
Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on leads
Valid Drivers license with a clean driving record
