- Responsible for operation and upkeep of large office building
- General cleaning throughout the property
- Light maintenance work, painting and repairs
- Snow shoveling in the winter; grass mowing in summer
- Daily grounds upkeep
- Scheduling and monitoring of contracted maintenance technicians
- Consistent attendance required. M-F 7 am to 330 pm
- Professional and Responsible attitude
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Experience in general cleaning, maintenance, carpet and floor care is desirable
- Basic knowledge of computers
- Ability to comply with standing instructions provided by operating manuals, safety data sheets, safety rules and regulations for personal protection and safety regarding equipment and chemical usage.
