We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as the Full-time Office & Property Manager. In this role, you will oversee office operations, manage transaction processes for our agents, and gain hands-on experience to learn the ins and outs of real estate. You will also play a key role in working with property owners and handling the general administration of our property management division.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM (occasional weekend or remote work during off hours)·

Paid Time Off: 6 paid holidays and 40 hours PTO


General Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients, answer telephone calls, and make follow-up calls.
  • Prepare correspondence, schedule meetings, and make travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate showings, assist at open houses, and maintain client feedback.
  • Support agents and brokers by creating and maintaining listings in MLS.
  • Order supplies and prepare and distribute marketing materials.
  • Maintain electronic and paper filing systems.
  • Assist sales agents with preparing listing materials and posting property listings.
  • Manage client database and prepare sales team reports.
  • Ensure client and brokerage confidentiality.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Accounting Responsibilities:

  • Record transactions for the brokerage in the appropriate software.
  • Monitor transactions in property management software, record rental payments, and expenses in QuickBooks.
  • Create landlord reports, pay expenses, and collaborate with tenants.
  • Reconcile transactions and bank accounts for the brokerage and landlords with managed properties.
  • Maintain commission records.
