TEC is assisting in the recruitment efforts of a Client Access Services Analyst to join a local nonprofit. This employee is responsible for optimizing and integrating technology solutions within the organization that will help with clients and their services.
Job Responsibilities:
- Configures Electronic Health Records and other technology platforms to meet organizational needs, ensuring their effective implementation and integration.
- Supports the Client Access Services Director in technology platform designs, optimizations, and other initiatives.
- Analyzes data related to the Client Access Services Hub, utilizing statistical software and tools to generate KPIs and reports.
- Provides actionable insights to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of client services based on data analysis.
- Manages and participates in projects from conception to completion, ensuring they align with organizational goals and compliance standards.
- Communicates effectively with all levels of the organization, providing regular updates on project statuses and insights from data analyses and work collaboratively across departments.
- Troubleshoots issues within technology systems.
Education, Experience and Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare technology management, EHR systems, or a related area.
- Proficiency in data analysis, project management, and EHR/technology platform configuration.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
