Client Experience Coordinator, P/T
Pay: $25-28/hour depending on experience
Hours: Mon - Fri 10a-2p
Our Pittsfield client is looking for focused, energetic, and likable individuals who will bring a fresh perspective and innovative touch to a traditional concept to work in their financial services firm. This is a part-time role and full-time may be available as the firm grows. This position plays an important role in making sure all clients and vendors have an outstanding experience when working with the firm.
Job Requirements (This position has three main areas of responsibility):
- Client Experience:
- Manage the company phone line, directing calls to necessary team members
- Elevate the client’s experience by greeting all visitors
- Maintain a high standard for office appearance
- Manage client recognition milestones and assist with outreach/mailings.
- Office Administration:
- Order office supplies, coordinating on behalf of the firm with key vendors
- Maintain key office systems, including mail, files, postage, and calendars
- Assist the Client Services Manager with transaction-related requests.
- Team Experience:
- Coordinate team lunches, meetings and gatherings.
- Assist teams with scheduling client appointments
- Provide weekly intra-office communication updates to company intranet home page
