Under the direct supervision of the Vice President, Marketing, the Communications and Multimedia Content Producer, is responsible for developing and executing company messages delivered through various internal and external communications channels in support of the company's strategic vision, as well as managing the ongoing production and expansion of the Credit Union’s multimedia content. 

The successful candidate will possess a positive, professional demeanor and contribute to the communications and marketing team through collaborative participation, proactive idea generation, and support for a team environment.

Key Job Requirements: 

  • Perform any functions within scope of authority and expertise, to provide the highest level of service and responsiveness to the members served by the Credit Union while performing all duties in accordance with prescribed regulatory compliance guidelines and Credit Union policies and procedures. 
  • In collaboration with internal stakeholders, identify, plan, create, and execute compelling stories, photography and video content for multiple audiences/channels (internal and external) which can include web, intranet, social, digital, email, and newsletter placements.  
  • Manage monthly content and video calendars, including maintenance of Greylock YouTube channel and analytics.
  • Research, write and distribute press releases, public service announcements, and other forms of external communications. Also, assist in content development for editorials and advocacy letters.
  • Manage and oversee the development of content for special publications including the Annual and Impact reports, quarterly Member newsletter, monthly content calendar, as well as providing occasional support for the HR employee newsletter. 
  • Coordinates marketing messages for in-branch TV screens and assists with uploading material to portal for scheduling. 
  • Responsible for spotting and leveraging PR opportunities across the Credit Union, as well as through credit union affiliates and partners, to ensure Greylock is represented as an industry thought leader.
  • In collaboration with VP Marketing, ensure all spokespeople are trained and prepared, as well as develop and implement strategies for interviews, press conferences, and other media events. 
  • In collaboration with VP Marketing, support various stakeholders, including senior leaders, to draft speeches and develop presentations, and assist with logistical needs.
  • Provide content and logistical support for Greylock events, video/photo shoots, presentations, and other communication channels, as needed. Serve as a still photographer for posed and candid shots.

Related Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a representative for Greylock at community/industry-related events, as requested. Some of these events may happen in the evenings and/or weekends.

Position Requirements:  

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • At least 3-5 years of communication-related/marketing field and multimedia experience with demonstrated familiarity with communications processes 
  • Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and develop compelling content to support and promote Greylock’s mission. 
  • Excellent and proven communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills; demonstrated knowledge of AP Style
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Proven project management ability to organize, track progress, and balance multiple projects to meet deadlines. 
  • Able to work cross-functionally and maintain strategic partnerships
  • Video editing skills, a plus

Supervisory Scope: None

The salary range for this role is $59,761.00 to $77,693.00 annually. This is the salary range we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may pay more than the posted range for exceptionally qualified individuals. An employee’s pay position within the pay band will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience (job and life), skills (specific and transferable), seniority, performance, and business organizational needs. This range may also be modified in the future.
