Provide comprehensive supports to students in the PRE-ETS program by offering workplace readiness education, career exploration, self-advocacy, and counseling, work-based learning experience in the form of an internship, and on-site job shadowing.  As well as post-secondary and mentoring education.  Work with students to identify interests and skills as well as barriers to employment and reasonable accommodations.  Assist with training and strategies to overcome barriers for future employment.  This position will primarily be in the high school setting, with occasional community partnership events.  It is expected that this person works independently much of the time and has an autonomous role.

Associates Degree in related field with minimally 2 years’ experience working with students with Mental Health/Developmental Disabilities.  High School Diploma with 4 years’ experience working with students with MH/DD in lieu of degree. Valid US Driver’s license and ready access to personal vehicle required.
