New Hire Bonus Details Below Description
Description: Provide supports to students in the PRE-ETS program by offering workplace readiness education, career exploration and counseling, work based learning experience in the form of an internship, and on site job shadowing. Work with students to identify interests and skills as well as barriers to employment and reasonable accommodations. Assist with training and strategies to overcome barriers for future employment. This position has a varied schedule which needs to be flexible based on the needs of the program.
All Part-Time staff hired would be eligible for a $1,000 hiring bonus
Method of Distribution**: (to be paid the subsequent payroll of the defined measurement periods)
** Staff must be in good standing to receive bonus distribution and actively working.
Must be hired by 10/31/2021 to be eligible. Management reserves the right to end or extend program based on funding and needs of the program(s) at any time.
High School Diploma with at least 2 years’ experience working with individuals with MH/DD. Valid US Driver’s license and ready access to personal vehicle required.
TRAINING REQUIREMENTS: Must maintain all certification needed in the program including: CPR, First Aid, and BFAIR Human Rights Training. May need to attend workshops, seminars or BFAIR functions as needed for job development.
