This is an on site position, Monday through Friday schedule, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, half hour lunch. You will be responsible for helping to open and close the shop, contact customers for scheduling, pickups and drops offs, occasional errands, and supporting the Office Manager.
Must be prompt, patient, and willing to learn. Basic math skills including the ability to add and subtract fractions, multiply on a calculator to determine sales tax, and basic geometry are required. Ability to roughly measure with a tape measure. Bilingual is a plus but not required. This is an entry level position and the main duties include answering the phone, taking messages, assisting walk in customers, filing, and keeping inventory. You should be comfortable making change without a calculator. Being on time is a requirement, not an option.
