| Holiday Inn Express Great Barrington is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Coordinator to create group blocks and sell meeting rooms. This position would also involve working part-time at the front desk so you can get to know our guests and build relationships. Duties include: Making personal sales calls and implementing approved sales plans and action plans as directed. Maintain current filing system on company accounts and prepare required reports. Contact in house meeting planners to promote good will and foster additional and repeat business. Maintain good rapport with local civic groups and associations. Prepare reports as requested: Sales Call Reports, Internal Sales Report. Attend and lead Sales and BEO meetings with the team. | |
