The Systems / Applications Administrator will assist the SVP IT Director / ISO, the AVP IT Operations Officer and our Network and Systems Officer with maintenance, support and documentation of all application and software systems for all MountainOne Financial and all MountainOne Affiliates.

Upholds all policies, security practices and standards of MountainOne. Diagnoses, researches and resolves applications, hardware and software related problems. Administers systems, including user access and security. Maintains application and software according to policy and supported versions. Explores and researches emerging technology trends and advancement of Technology Services.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and support all Information Security policies, educate and provide training as needed for MountainOne staff on all IT related policies.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of all MountainOne systems and data.
  • Maintain compliance with all related bank policies, standardized procedures and regulations, including the enforcement of the Bank Secrecy Act.
  • Maintain current inventory listing of all hardware and software of MountainOne and assist with maintaining documentation to ensure compliance with software copyright / licensing.
  • Assist SVP IT Director / ISO, AVP IT Operations Officer t and Network and Systems Officer to respond to incident reports, questions or needs of all applications users. Concerning hardware, software, access and security.
  • Miscellaneous administrative functions such as resetting passwords, establishing and maintaining users, unlocking users, granting rights, in accordance with policies.
  • Familiar with various reporting tools and accessing data.
  • Assist with the management of documentation for all bank employees' access to system from hire to separation dates.
  • Confirms successful replication and back-up of all systems and servers.
  • Daily monitoring for new viruses and ensure that all systems are free from them.
  • Assist with patch management as needed.
  • Assist with maintaining system security logs. Print and review various security reports in a timely fashion and in accordance with schedule and policy.
  • Check telephone, Internet and camera logs.
  • Timely and effectively completes various monthly tasks.
  • Creates and maintains procedural documentation of IT tasks.
  • Maintain adequate inventory and security of computer systems parts.
  • Assist with disaster recovery testing and documentation for all systems.
  • Maintain company-wide Intranet and help with design and implement changes to the site.
  • Assist with maintenance and troubleshooting of all bank ATM terminals including after-hours repair.
  • Address all user 'help desk' calls concerning hardware and software issues.
  • Demonstrates a strong commitment to MountainOne's core commitments and established Customer Service Standards.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Solid foundation in understanding computer technology and willingness to learn.
  • Proficient with all Microsoft Products, Windows Operating Systems, Virtual technology and various backup methods.
  • Highly organized. Diligent at managing responsibilities, work environment, and communications.
  • Ability to exhibit professional behavior and adhere to all policies of MountainOne.
  • 25% availability to travel outside of a 25-mile radius.
  • Ability to sit, drive, bend, answer the phone and perform computer input.
