AP/Payroll Coordinator- Berkshire Management Services, Shift: Days, 40 hours

Job Summary

Responsible for recording, maintaining and preparing for payments on AP invoices received. Processing of payroll records, audits, corrections and maintaining systems (UKG & T & A). Maintaining of records (AP & PR) for the Health Systems in accordance with specific policies and current acceptable Accounting and Cost Reimbursements Principles relating to Healthcare.

Schedule:

  • Hours: 7:00am-3:30pm
  • Monday-Friday

Experience

  • Three years of experience in Accounts Payable, Payroll and or Business Accounting with a multi-entry hospital setting required.

Education 

  • High School Graduate or GED required. 
  • Three years of Accounts Payable and Payroll experience may be accepted in lieu of additional business courses.

Additional Requirements

  • Demonstrates a high level of professionalism and confidentiality, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work independently while also contributing effectively as a collaborative team member.
  • Applies sound judgment and decision-making capabilities, with a solid understanding of and ability to stay current with developments in the accounting field.
  • Possesses the manual dexterity necessary for routine office tasks, including data entry, and proficiency in Microsoft Word and other standard office software.
