LPN - North County Physician Practice

We are hiring 2 LPNs for Williamstown Medical with offices in North Adams and Williamstown. 

• Monday through Friday
• No On Calls
• No Weekends
• Full Time with benefits
• Set hours: 8am-5pm

The Licensed Practical Nurse supports the nursing process and functions under the direction of the Medical Director, Nurse Practitioner and/or Professional Registered Nurse. The Licensed Practical Nurse must adhere to policy and procedures of BMC WMA-RHC clinical services.

• POSITION QUALIFICATIONS (Minimum qualifications are required unless stated otherwise.)
  • Experience:
    • Graduate of an accredited School of Practical Nursing.
    • Has a thorough knowledge of nursing principles and procedures.
    • Experience in handling multiple telephone lines and excellent clerical/organizational skills required.
    • Experience in specimen testing and physician office experience preferred.
  • Education and Training:
    • Graduate of an accredited School of Practical Nursing.
  • License, Certification & Registration:
    • LPN - Licensed Practical Nurses
    • CPR
  • Other Requirements:
    • Demonstrates continuing education in accordance with State regulation.
    • Data entry skills preferred.
    • Working knowledge of Windows and PC applications required.
    • Ability to work independently and take direction.
    • Self-motivated and has the ability to be independent and flexible in a team framework.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Demonstrates ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
