The Lever team seeks a high-energy colleague to manage its statewide community of entrepreneurs, startups, and investors.

Founded in 2014, Lever provides acceleration support for a wide range of high-potential startups. In turn, these startups have raised tens of millions in funding and have created hundreds of jobs.

This year the Lever team launched the Massachusetts Founders Network (MFN), to help startup founders throughout the state access best-fit acceleration resources. The Community Manager will steward the MFN membership, ensuring robust engagement by startup founders, whom MFN will support with top-tier resources.

Day-to-day activities for the MFN Community Manager will include member recruitment, direct support of startup founders, organization of networking events throughout the state, and stewardship of partnerships with other accelerators. The Community Manager will help the Lever team continuously innovate the MFN Platform, maximizing its value for startup founders.

Candidates should have experience at or working with startup companies: innovation-based companies with high growth potential that are attractive to investors. They should be comfortable with a wide range of technology, including digital communication and marketing tools. Candidates should enjoy a collaborative work environment and share the Lever team's commitment to service, especially to startup founders from under-represented groups or non-traditional backgrounds.

This is a full-time position, with a salary between $60,000 and $85,000 per year, depending on experience. Health and retirement benefits are available. Currently, Lever staff work from our North Adams office a minimum of three days per week.

To apply, please submit a resume as well as a cover letter explaining your interest in the opportunity.
