| Responsible for cleaning, dish washing, food distribution, and kitchen close. Performing minor tasks related to food production under the direction of the Head Chef or Sous Chef while maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe kitchen for the participants and staff. This position is essential during all in-person programs. Off programs when the kitchen utilization is smaller this position changes to the Property Assistant and is responsible for facilities care working under the supervision of the Property Manager to maintain all the property buildings, systems, grounds, and equipment. | |
