We are seeking an experienced Process Technician to join the Lansen Mold Family. | Requirements: | |
| •Starting up and shutting down machines as well as secondary equipment daily. •Setting and removal of molds as needed to ensure that we meet our customer’s delivery requirements. •Trouble shooting and processing to ensure products meet our customer’s specifications, as well as optimizing and maintaining process controls throughout the production run. •Instructs operators and material handlers on correct and safe operations of machines and secondary equipment. Set up workstations as needed for each job in order to optimize efficiency. •Complete inspections as required by run sheet / work order and complete reports as needed. •Update set ups, procedures for each mold and process (SOP ) •Repairing and maintaining injection molding machines, and secondary equipment. •Preforming preventative maintenance on all equipment. •Working with the Lansen Mold team of technicians, material handlers, production, and operators to ensure compliance to the daily work order, and working to implement productivity and quality improvement projects. •Collaborating with the tooling engineers regarding molding validations for new and transferred tooling.
