Marketplace Hospitality Group, a well-established and growing food business in Berkshire County, MA, is seeking a full-time, on-site Office Manager based in Sheffield. Our company operates three busy cafes, a specialty food shop, and a thriving catering division, the businesses employ over 70 team members.
This pivotal role includes front office management, daily administrative operations, and coordination for off-premise catering. The Office Manager will oversee banking and some financial recordkeeping, manage communications, support HR in collaboration with company partners, and handle incoming orders for our carry-out catering service.
The ideal candidate will bring 3–5 years of administrative and office management experience, demonstrate strong technical skills, and possess a friendly, customer-facing demeanor. Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential, as is the ability to solve problems independently and juggle multiple responsibilities with ease.
