Qualifications & Skills:Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
- Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care (EEC) certification or Early Childhood: Students with and without Disabilities, PreK-2 certification.
- Knowledge of Massachusetts Curriculum Frameworks for Early Childhood Education.
- Understanding of relevant state and federal laws, including health and safety regulations.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
- Prior experience in early childhood education settings.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
