This full-time M-F position is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the properties the company manages. The right candidate will be responsible for maintaining all property components including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, doors, windows, flooring and roofing systems. Snow removal is a must, including shoveling, snow-blowing and plowing.
Our Maintenance Technicians interact continuously with property managers, contractors, and tenants - both commercial and residential - of the property to complete work orders. A rotating system of compensated after hour/weekend on-call responsibilities is required in the Pittsfield area with a response time of less than 20 minutes.
