- Test equipment development experience and/or working in a production environment is a plus.
- Strong ability to lead, mentor, and motivate experienced technical staff
- High level of proficiency in project management
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Project and other Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with Agile methodologies will help
- Ability to track metrics, look for patterns, and drive retrospectives
- Good understanding of electrical engineering concepts, principles, and theories
- Good understanding of electrical engineering processes
- Think beyond day-to-day activities and apply systems thinking
