J.H. Maxymillian, Inc. is seeking a hands-on, working Construction Foreman of a construction crew for a large, well-established civil construction firm. Project sites vary in size and are located throughout western Massachusetts. Projects include road work, bridge work, site work and other forms of outdoor heavy civil construction. The qualified candidate will be a motivated team player with a demonstrated knowledge of construction.

Specific Responsibilities Include:

  • Work directly with Laborers and Operators, materials, and equipment to ensure that work is conducted safely, productively, and according to project specifications;
  • Coordinate with, and take direction from, Construction Supervisors on specific work tasks and work progress.
