Instructional Paraprofessional - North Berkshire School Union - Florida

Gabriel Abbott Memorial School is seeking to hire an Instructional Paraprofessional for the 2025-2026 school year. The ideal candidate will assist teachers in classroom instruction, supervise students, and provide small-group and one-on-one support to enhance student learning.

Responsibilities:

• Assist classroom teachers with daily activities and instructional support.
• Supervise students during recess and other non-classroom activities.
• Serve as a building-based substitute teacher as needed.
• Lead small group instruction and enrichment activities.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience working with children in an educational setting is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to provide instructional support and classroom management assistance.
• Must pass all required background security checks, including CORI and fingerprinting.
