Elle Day Spa is seeking a talented, professional, and customer-focused Licensed Esthetician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about skincare and wellness and experienced in providing exceptional esthetic services while creating a relaxing, results-driven, and welcoming experience for every guest.

We are looking for an esthetician skilled in:

  • Customized Facials
  • Advanced Skincare Treatments
  • Chemical Peels
  • Dermaplaning
  • Hydrafacial® Treatments (preferred, training available)
  • Full Face & Body Waxing
  • Brow & Lash Services (tinting, lamination, and lash lifts preferred)

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide exceptional skincare treatments tailored to each client's individual needs and goals
  • Perform thorough skin consultations and recommend appropriate treatment plans
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment
  • Communicate effectively with clients to ensure comfort, satisfaction, and excellent results
  • Recommend appropriate home care products and additional services when beneficial
  • Build lasting client relationships through outstanding customer service and personalized care
  • Maintain accurate client treatment records and notes
  • Follow all sanitation, safety, and spa policies and procedures
  • Stay current on industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge

Qualifications:

  • Current Massachusetts Esthetician License required
  • Must be available on Saturdays and some evenings
  • Experience with facials, waxing, chemical peels, Hydrafacial®, dermaplaning, brow/lash services, and advanced skincare treatments preferred

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Professional, friendly, and reliable demeanor

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Passion for skincare, wellness, self-care, and helping clients look and feel their best

  • Knowledge of professional skincare products and retail sales is a plus

  • Experience with laser hair removal is a plus, but training is available
