Knowledge of adolescent behavior and needs
Support HVES Dean, Implement foundational procedures and protocols for the RESET space Assist in development and monitor an incentive program for students
Manage data entry and accurate records on students
Communication with teachers, administrative staff, student support staff
With the Dean design a classroom space that welcomes students and supports their “reset”
Follows Crisis Prevention Intervention practices
Social Emotional Adult Skill Set
Understands and regulates their emotions
Maintains equilibrium in stressful situations
Depersonalizes and defuses emotional intensity
Identifies, acknowledges, interrupts and counters bias
