Salary: $65,000–$75,000 (depending on experience)

Our client, a respected injection molding manufacturer, is seeking a Senior or Staff Accountant to join their financial team and play a key role in supporting daily operations and long-term financial success.
What You’ll DoReporting to the Controller, you will be a critical part of the finance department, working hands-on across the full accounting cycle. Responsibilities include:

Performing weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting tasks

Preparing weekly Accounts Payable

Conducting account reconciliations and ensuring accuracy across financial data

Analyzing and communicating financial results to management
-
Coordinating and reviewing financial reports and backup documentation as needed

Supporting ongoing process improvements and special projects
-
Participating in periodic compensated overtime during peak cycles

What You Bring -
Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business

Minimum 2 years of accounting experience preferred—manufacturing experience a plus

Recent graduates with strong fundamentals will also be considered

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to learn and work within accounting software and databases

Excellent organizational, problem-solving, communication, and project-management skills
