North Berkshire

Position Overview

A diversified regenerative livestock and agriculture operation in Western Massachusetts is
seeking a motivated, hands-on Farm Manager to help lead and coordinate day-to-day farm
operations across a growing regenerative farming system. This is an opportunity for
someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working outdoors, values
teamwork, and is eager to grow into a long-term leadership role within regenerative
agriculture.

The Farm Manager will work directly with ownership and leadership to oversee farm staff,
livestock systems, infrastructure, scheduling, equipment, and operational execution while
helping drive efficiency, profitability, and long-term regenerative outcomes.
This is not a “desk manager” role. We are looking for someone willing to lead from the front
— equally comfortable building fence, moving livestock, coordinating crews, solving
operational bottlenecks, and helping implement long-term systems and improvements.
Importantly, while experience is valuable, we recognize that highly experienced
regenerative agriculture managers are difficult to find. We are willing to invest significant
time and mentorship into the right individual who demonstrates strong character, work
ethic, leadership potential, communication skills, and a genuine desire to learn and grow
within regenerative agriculture systems.

  • Work collaboratively to effectively utilize shared labor, equipment, infrastructure, and

operational resources when appropriate

  • Assist in coordinating staffing priorities and scheduling needs during periods of high

operational demand

  • Maintain professional communication and alignment between farm production and

downstream fulfillment/distribution operations

Strategic and Operational Development
