Now Hiring: Farmers To You - Pick & Pack Team Members

Join our team and help bring fresh, locally grown food from the areas farms to our community and beyond! We are looking for reliable and motivated individuals to work in our Farm-to-Table Pick & Pack Grocery Operation. In this role, you’ll help pick, sort, and prepare fresh produce and locally-made goods for customer orders and deliveries. Day work is availale on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday with Wednesday being the only 3 shift day in the week.

Position: Pick & Pack team member
Location: On-site packing facility
Employment Type: Part-time or Full-time

Available Weekday Shifts:

Mon/Tue/Thur/Fri 8-4

Available Wednesday Shifts:

• Morning Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

• Afternoon Shift: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM

• Overnight Shift: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and store fresh produce and meats from local farm deliveries 

• Assemble customer food orders accurately on a pick and pack line

• Label, bag, and prepare orders for delivery

• Maintain a clean, organized packing and storage area

• Follow food safety and quality standards

Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Comfortable working on your feet and lifting up to 40 lbs

• Attention to detail and accuracy in order packing

• Dependable and punctual

• Previous farm, warehouse, or grocery experience is helpful but not required
