Water Street Grill is seeking a dependable and motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen team! As a line cook, you’ll be responsible for preparing high-quality meals in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and thrives under pressure.
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
Ensure food is cooked and presented properly, consistently, and in a timely manner
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures
Assist with prep work, receiving deliveries, and other back-of-house tasks as needed
Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy shifts
