Snack Bar Attendant, 82 Grill, PareskyJoin our lively snack bar team! We're seeking an energetic and customer-focused Snack Bar Attendant to provide exceptional service and delicious food to our campus community.
Pay starts at $21.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
This is a 40 hours weekly, 10 month academic position, with the following scheduled hours: Monday through Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, with Saturday and Sunday off. Schedules are subject to change based on departmental needs.
Responsibilities:- Expedite and monitor mobile ordering for accuracy.
- Maintain all kitchen equipment in proper working condition.
- Assist in food preparation and service, including set-up and breakdown.
- Perform cooking duties as required.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Restock food items as needed.
- Assist with inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards.
- Conduct daily cleaning tasks as assigned.
- May be asked to work overtime, and work schedules may vary to include weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
Qualifications:- Enthusiastic and energetic demeanor.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Knowledge and ability to work on a grill.
- Basic math skills.
- Flexibility to handle varying schedules.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Capability to lift heavy objects up to 40 pounds.
- Professional demeanor in relating to customers and staff.
- General knowledge of food service is preferred.
