The Parent-Child+ Home Program Coordinator (PC+ Program Coordinator) oversees all aspects of the implementation of the program. The Coordinator is trained by the Parent-Child Home Program’s national center staff, and works with the state director. This person will support CHP’s mission, vision, and values and will adhere to compliance protocols as well as CHP’s policies and procedures.

Competencies: To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

  • Knowledge of PC+ program and requirements.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and ease with making presentations.
  • Team oriented individual skilled in group process and facilitation.
  • Ability to articulate program goals and policies to families, healthcare providers, community agencies, and others.
  • Ability to work well with management information systems
  • Sensitivity to the needs of the participant population.
  • Sensitive to families home environment.
